Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Lindahl Holsters, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully confident in your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and restocking fees work.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Holsters

  • Return or exchange any holster within 60 days from delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition (normal test-fit marks are acceptable).
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refundable.
  • Approved returns that are not due to a verified manufacturing defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The 20% restocking fee applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong firearm model
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind / no longer needing the product
  • Fitment issues caused by undisclosed aftermarket parts or accessories

60-Day Policy — Belts & Magazine Carriers

  • Return or exchange within 60 days from delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless due to a verified manufacturing defect.

30-Day Policy — Apparel & Accessories

  • Apparel, holster claws, tumblers, koozies, and other accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unaltered condition.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom & Special-Order Items

  • Custom or personalized products (including special-order jerseys) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All custom items remain fully covered by our manufacturing warranty against defects.

Final Sale Items

  • Consumables (e.g., food items, if offered) and any product marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders That Do Not Meet Policy Standards

  • Returns outside the stated return window
  • Items showing excessive wear, damage, or modification
  • Items missing hardware or components

These returns may be denied or approved at our discretion and may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or higher depending on condition.

Received the Wrong Item or Size?

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. shipping: 4–8 business days (may be longer during holidays)

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer pays return shipping on standard returns.
  • Exchange outbound shipping is covered by Lindahl Holsters in verified defect or company-error cases only.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item and will reflect any applicable restocking fee.
  • If the original method can’t be credited (e.g., closed account), we’ll issue a store credit for the refunded amount.
