At Lindahl Holsters, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and reliability of every product we make. Each holster is built with precision to ensure lasting performance and safety. To back that promise, all Lindahl Holsters include a Lifetime Warranty for the original owner.

Our commitment is simple — to make sure you have complete confidence in your gear every time you carry.


Scope of Warranty Coverage

Holsters

  • Lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing or materials.
  • This warranty applies only to holsters purchased directly from Lindahl Holsters or through authorized dealers.

Clothing and Accessories

  • Apparel, tumblers, and other accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing or material defects.

Hardware and Components

  • Clips, screws, and mounting hardware are covered under our lifetime warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect.
  • Lost or missing hardware or attachments are not covered. It is the user’s responsibility to routinely inspect and maintain their holster, ensuring that all hardware remains tight and secure.

Prevent Lost Hardware — Use Threadlocker

Vibration, movement, and daily carry can cause screws to loosen over time. Applying a small amount of removable threadlocker helps keep hardware secure and reduces the risk of parts being lost — which is not covered under warranty.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Third-Party Purchases: Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Lindahl Holsters or our verified sales channels.
  • Amazon Orders: Warranty claims for Amazon purchases must be initiated through Amazon’s “Problem with Order” feature.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the claim involves a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Modifications: Any holster that has been modified, altered, or customized by the user is not covered under warranty.

Important Safety Guidelines

To ensure proper function and safety:

  • Use your holster only as designed and intended.
  • Regularly inspect all screws, clips, and attachments for tightness and wear.
  • Do not use a holster that appears damaged, cracked, or loose.
  • Never attempt to use a holster with a firearm or light/laser that it was not designed for.

Improper maintenance or use can lead to unsafe conditions and void your warranty.


Warranty Claims Process

If you experience an issue with your holster, please reach out to our support team.
You can submit a claim through the Warranty Claim Form on our website.

  • Claims are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days.
  • Replacement or fulfillment generally takes 2–14 days, followed by 2–5 days for shipping.
