Claims are generally processed within 2–3 business days, while fulfillment typically ranges from 2–14 days, followed by an additional 2–5 days for shipping.

Scope of Warranty Coverage

  • Holsters: All Lindahl Holsters products carry a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing. This warranty is valid only for holsters purchased directly from Lindahl Holsters or authorized dealers.
  • Accessories: Apparel, tumblers, koozies, and other non-holster accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
  • Components: Holster hardware (clips, screws, paddles, etc.) are covered by a limited warranty, subject to a single claim per component type.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Amazon purchases must have warranty claims initiated through Amazon by selecting "Problem with order" in your order history.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or user modifications.
