Lindahl Holsters Return Policy

 At Lindahl Holsters, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions: 

 Standard Holsters: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the holster is in its original, unused condition. 

Custom Printed Holsters: Returns for custom printed holsters are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The holster must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a return. 

 Return Process: 

 Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return. 

Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send back the product.

 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees for custom printed holsters.

 Exceptions: Holsters showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return. 

Custom printed holsters cannot be returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
