- Return or exchange any holster within 60 days of delivery — no questions asked.
- Items must be in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
60-Day Policy – Magazine Carriers & Tactical Belts
- Eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
30-Day Policy – Apparel & Accessories
- Apparel, holster claws, tumblers, koozies, and other accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unaltered condition.
Final Sale Items
- Consumables and clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Mystery Items
- May be returned or exchanged for store credit only (no cash refunds).
