Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Holster Manufacturer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production, assembly, and quality assurance of our holsters. Additionally, you may represent Lindahl Holsters at gun shows, local events, and vendor booths on weekends, helping to showcase our products and engage with customers directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble holsters with precision and attention to detail. Operate and maintain tools and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist with setting up, staffing, and breaking down vendor booths at gun shows and local events. Interact with customers professionally, providing product knowledge and support during events. Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes and enhance product offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Comfort with tools and machinery, with an emphasis on safe operation. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers during events. Must be legally permitted to handle firearms, as our operations involve handling and proximity to firearms. Ability to pass a background check. Note: A valid Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit may waive the need for an additional background check, as it indicates the applicant is legally permitted to possess a firearm. Availability to work occasional weekends for events and gun shows. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Important Note: Due to the nature of our business, prohibited possessors under federal and state laws (e.g., those with felony convictions or other firearm restrictions) are not eligible for employment. Handling or being in proximity to firearms is a routine aspect of this position and critical to our operations.
